Bourbon County Stout aged for 15 months in a single Jim Beam Rye Bourbon barrel. We didn't think that was enough rye so we added malted, caramel, and chocolate ryes to the bill to give it plenty of that sweet rye heat. All that rye in addition to an aroma of decadent dark fruits with a smooth fudgey finish creates one of our most uniquely expressive Bourbon County Stouts.
