We brewed our Catharina with blackberry and Curuba, an Amazonian fruit known as banana passionfruit. A combo that melds marvelously into a juice bomb of tropical passionfruit with a sweet blackberry acidity. Tart and bright, with a thicc haze that looks like a ray of sunshine.
