Пиво Drucker Bock - Goose Island Beer Co.

Former Goose Island brewer Marc Drucker, paid us a visit a few weeks ago and we couldn't let him leave without brewing up some heat for y'all. We used a bunch of Munich and Dark Munich malt to give it a depth of character and backbone, then finished it on a variety of oak chips to give it complexity and balance. Malty with a touch of booziness, there is a depth of caramel, toast and oak to this Imperial lager that makes for a perfect winter warmer.
