The first Foudre release of 2020 is a dark hued ale, aged 1 year in French Oak Foudres. A balanced expression of beer - no adjuncts - just malt, hops, yeast, and water developed in oak over time. Light coffee, honey and plum notes with subtle spice from the oak. A kiss of tartness keeps things interesting and quaff-able.
