Limited release beer aged in oak Foudres at Goose Island's barrel house. It is a wild red ale aged in oak Foudres for 6 months and a further 12 months in Bourbon barrels. The beer is dark, with tart cherry notes, caramel and a bit of vanilla. Slightly tart with nice finish.
