An Oatmeal Stout recipe variant of the Original, swapping in Golden Naked Oats for Munich malt. Aged in our standard bourbon barrels for 9 months. After aging, we added bourbon barrel aged maple syrup from Bissell Maple Farm in Ohio, a small amount of Imperial Stout aged in Bissell Maple syrup barrels, Intelligentsia cold coffee (Ethiopia and Peru blend), and a single origin bean from Ethiopia called Tikur Anbessa (“Black Lion”).
