Пиво Goldenrod - Goose Island Beer Co.

For this small batch Fulton & Wood series beer, we used the native Goldenrod flower as inspiration. We brewed a golden saison and fermented it on Brettanomyces and 25 lbs of raw honey and aged it in a neutral oak barrel. The beer has a lovely honey aroma, a modest spice character, and pleasant oak nuances.
