This huge hazy IPA was brewed with the hottest (literally) yeast we could find, Kviek! This clean fermenting yeast allows for a super fast fermentation so we can get beer to you as fast as possible. It's also great for showcasing the beautiful hops that were in this beer. You'll get tons of pineapple, banana, and peach in the aroma. Just a touch of sweetness with a balanced bitterness and a medium mouthfeel.
