For this traditional Witbier we collaborated with our old friends at Skeleton Key Brewery! We used freshly harvested red sumac berries to add tart fruit flavors to the subtle spice of coriander and citrusy orange zest present in this dry beer. With its complex flavor and smooth finish this makes for one refreshing pint! Part of the proceeds from Shake It Off will go towards helping repair the damage done to Skeleton Key Brewery by the recent tornadoes this Summer.
