Every year, one of the oldest brewing groups in America, The Chicago Brewing Society throws a festival celebrating Chicago’s brewing excellence. For the annual CBS Picnic we brewed this traditional Rauchbier. With only German hops and three different smoked malts, Smoking Section boasts a robust smoky aroma and flavor that borders on smoked meats with a toasted malt finish.
