00% of the water for this Pilsner came from a maple tree, water that is usually discarded in the making of maple syrup. The water is USDA organic, plant based, and a sustainable source. The hops we use were from Hop Head Farms in Michigan and we sourced the Malt & Corn from Indiana to make this a truly Midwestern beer. Light water cracker and corn flake aroma, and a slight sweet corn flavor and finish, balanced with lemony and floral hop accents, and a low and pleasant bitterness. Delicate, but complex.
