From our fall Book of Nomad series, this Blueberry Plum Mead tastes like Blueberry Compote, Chambord Liqueur, Honeysuckle. It’s Fall again, and that means Meads! This season we decided to explore dark berry fruit flavor combos fermented with wildflower honey and our house cider. These “sour” meads are a co-fermentation of white wine yeast, wild yeast, and wild bacteria found in our cider. Creating an intriguing blend of deep fruit honey flavor and tart tang in this wild ferment. Cheers to Fall!
