Tropical Hopped Sour Cider / Juicy, funky dry hopped fruited cider aged on peaches and mango. DDH with Azacca and Citra hops. Fermentation Process Peach spontaneously fermented for two weeks before a secondary fermentation on cider. After aging for two months finished with a tertiary fermentation with mangos and dry hopped with Azacca and Citra hops.
