BARREL AGED BRETTED IMPERIAL STOUT 11.5% 15th BIRTHDAY SPECIAL Evolve is a specially crafted celebration beer, a bretted imperial stout aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for 2 years. A deep complex beer bringing layers of rich chocolate, molasses and dark fruits with a light acidity, which balances the a huge roasted malt backbone. Vinous aromas, hints of bourbon, vanilla and spice. A beer to be savoured and sipped to appreciate it’s evolving layers of flavour. Brewed and put in to barrel on our 15th Birthday celebration and aged for 2 years.
