This is a one-off brew by Jamie Morris. Sweet, smoky aroma and mystically dark in color. She is an ale style Rauchbier. A rich, malty body and an eloquent toasted character. Aged with charred peaches, to complement the smokiness and add a depth of sweetness. She is Lady Death.
