We were fortunate to get the first ever harvest of fresh hops from Freestyle Farms. The Nelson Sauvin was simply outstanding. Habitat puts the hops front & centre in the flavour profile & aroma & w/ 60kgs of fresh whole cone hops in the hopback. Dryhopped w/ the same hop, in pellet form, at five grams per litre. Soft bitterness & loaded w/ lychee & passionfruit.
