A super fun second collaboration w/ our friends & flatmates Southward Distilling. A Belgian style dry ale infused w/ classic gin botanicals. W/ additional toasted coriander seeds, crushed juniper berries, lemon & orange peel in combination w/ pine & orange notes from plenty of Simcoe hops. A tasty beer that stands alone or pairs nicely w/ a gin. Lactose free & vegan friendly.
