We're pretty stoked for this little experiment!!! We set out to brew a fruited IPA without a lactose/milkshake vibe. Just straight hops and juice. We think we got pretty darn close. Citra and Ella hops in whirlpool, mid-ferm, and post-ferm. Guava purée mid-ferm to adds a really nice strawberry/Grapefruit element.
