Colorado A&M College was transformed into Colorado State University under the leadership and guidance of Dr. William E. Morgan. Dr. Morgan’s foresight set the stage for the current and future success of Colorado agricultural research and development. We honor him with this beer. Stone fruit aromas followed by a slight citrus hop note take you directly to the Colorado’s Western slope orchards. A light malt base provides the foundation for sweet and tart fruity notes as the beer dances brightly over your tongue. Hops lend the finishing note and provide the balance we strive for in every H&D ale. They serve to remind us that –hooray!– this is beer, not juice. The beer finishes with a hoppy citrus kiss.
