With Ride for the Brand, we're using kveik yeast, a resilient, high heat tolerance Norwegian yeast that produces delicious tropical fruity characteristics in this beer. A small dry hop with Citra and an experimental hop creates hop aromas of passionfruit and guava, while the addition of mango puree (4#/barrel!) lends even more flavor. All of these elements merge together wonderfully for a delectable, fruit forward, full-bodied wheat! Tapping to celebrate our 8th anniversary!
