A one and two year old golden sour blend fermented and aged in oak. In August 2021 we blended these select barrels into a stainless tank onto whole fresh crushed peaches where it fermented slowly for the next six months. Brewed with a blend of Pilsen malts from Vermont Malthouse and Valley Malt. Raw wheat from Nitty Gritty Grain Company and North East Kingdom Grains. Conditioned naturally in the bottle early 2022 with raw Vermont wildflower honey.
