Connective Dot is a two year Golden Sour fermented and aged in oak. We blended select barrels into a stainless tank on dragon fruit and guava. Brewed in the fall of 2019 with Pilsen malts from Vermont Malthouse and @valleymalt. Raw wheat from @nittygrittygrain and @nekgrains. Conditioned naturally in the bottle in early 2022 with raw Vermont wildflower honey.
