Пиво Orange Dot 2021 - House of Fermentology

Brewed in Spring 2020, fermented with our mixed culture. The grist was made up of Valley Malt Pilsen and Nitty Gritty Grain raw winter wheat. We did primary fermentation for this Golden Sour in oak barrels, and then began aging it in white wine barrels until winter of 2020. We then carefully chose barrels for further aging with Nagami, Meiwa, and Centennial Kumquats and Seville orange zest. Lastly, we added a healthy dose VT wildflower honey from our apiary. Bottled in the spring of 2021. 5.4% abv.
