We blended 12 and 18-month-old golden wild ale aged in white wine barrels on to Vermont grown Purple Sage and our own wildflower honey for another 4 months. At the time of bottling in the summer of 2019, we zested Kaffir and Key Limes to deliver a mouthwatering vibrant minty, pine-like aroma with a wild juicy dry sour citrus finish. 5.8% abv.
