CocoTaso is a rum barrel aged stout /w coconut, vanilla, cinnamon & nutmeg. Our tasting room manager Martin brought in some of his mom’s Coquito to share. It was so good that we decided to take Imperial Stout we had been aging in rum barrels 14 months and treat it with lots of coconut, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Pours deep black in color, with tin dark foam.
