Bright, spritzy, and fruit-forward. Dry, but juicy. Brewed with pilsner malt and white wheat, fermented with a blend of Sacch, Lactobacillus, and Brettanomyces. Conditioned for 4 months to allow the Brett to develop bright pineapple notes, and then dosed with fresh passionfruit puree.
