Sawā is the translation of Sour in Japanese and it's the chosen name for our series of fruited Sour Ales. In this version we used an absolutely massive amount of raspberries and blackberries. A fruit forward take, just the right amount of acidity and tart finish. Sawā Pink, as the name suggests, pours a deep, shiny pink color matching its mouth-watering flavor!
