A dry-hopped sour Double IPA featuring a new yeast strain for us - Kviek, which is a traditional Norwegian farmhouse ale yeast that ferments at a crazy high temperature 38C! We used copious amounts of our favorite new world hops - Idaho 7, Huell Melon and Galaxy. This hazy DIPA clocks in an 8% ABV, bursting with fruity, tropical aromatic notes with mandarin orange zest, cantaloupe, grapefruit and apricot combined with a tart, puckering finish.
