This expression of our never ending exploration of wild ale was fermented with a mixed culture of Brett, Pedio, and Lacto, before being infused with Mao Feng tea sourced from the fragrant hills surrounding Huangshan in Anhui province. Refreshing floral notes are layered above complex funk and acidity, finishing with a dry palate.
