Brewed first time in 2014. Then again in 2016 with a tweaked improved recipe, partly inspired by the Heady Topper. This DIPA (or New England IPA) is, despite it's 100 IBU a quite balanced beer with a base of malt sweetness (no cara malt though)and tons of hops without being overly bitter. Hopped mainly with loads of Mosaic, but also got some Summit, Columbus and Simcoe in it for extra complexity. Dry hopped twice for...well, you can never got too much hops :D Enjoy!
