Пиво Rainy Season - Kapusta Brewing

Rustic. Spicy. Citrusy. Saison with Andaliman wild pepper from the Sumatran jungle. Brewed with Citra hops and fermented with two strains of Belgian yeast. The Andaliman pepper is harvested by hand at the end of rain season. It can't be cultivated, and is surprisingly a cousin to citrus plants. The heavy citrus aroma and spicy flavor is reminiscent to that of lemon and orange zest.
