Fallow: a field left intentionally uncultivated to allow for restoration and increased soil fertility. This beer is a blend of farm house ales from the brewery (each with a distinct raw grain) that we let rest additional time and blend together for a bright, delicate acidity and clean finish. Floral notes, light peach and lemon tartness.
