We had our friends from Chicago and Indiana come out to the brewery and help us brew the very first Fusion at the new spot on the SW side of Chicago. It was brewed with Muscat & Sauvignon Blanc grapes, fermented with a De Dolle yeast strain, then dry-hopped with some freaking delicious Nelson Sauvin hops, making it a Superbly Spectacular Sauvignon Sauvin Saison-esque Summer Sipper.
