A mixed fermentation Saison beer brewed with Pilsner malt, Raw Wheat, Oats & Spelt malt. Fermented with a Saison yeast & then aged in French Oak barrels for 1 & half years with our mixed culture of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus & Pediococcus. A beautifully delicate beer thats bone dry with a refreshing light acidity. Notes of lemon, grapefruit, vinous, white wine, cider.
