Пиво Bricks & Mortar - Left Field Brewery

Brewed in collaboration with our neighbours, Pilot Coffee Roasters, Bricks and Mortar is our tribute to the brick industry upon which our neighbourhood was built along with our own evolution to becoming a physical brewery. Pilot’s direct trade La Lia beans from Costa Rica were added in the final stages of conditioning, imparting notes of cantaloupe and honey and expressing the unique terroir and processing techniques of this special bean.
