For this year's annual tapping of our beloved Živá Voda Czech Pilsner, we are breaking out a ceremonial Kellerbier version, that will be the first 8 gallons served. This Keller Živá was lagered for 10 weeks like our other batches, but we packaged it in a cask and let it 100% naturally carbonate. Expect a bit more body and mouthfeel than with our standard Živá, but with a zesty, fine carbonation that will sweep you away to the pubs of Prague.
