Our second collaboration with Young Master, and a silver-medal winner in the chili beer category at the Int'l Beer Cup 2018 in Japan. Named for the glittering nightscapes of Hong Kong and Seoul, Sleepless City is a bold imperial stout with heavy malt flavor accentuated by the addition of cacao nibs, beech-smoked barley and two kinds of Korean chili peppers.
