We continue to walk along the Australian hop plantations and inhale the fantastic smell of the fresh hop harvest! Bliskavica is our Double Bombed Slash Dry Hopped New England IPA - this time with australian Eclipse hops. Flavors of mandarin ice cream with mandarin liqueur, kaffir lime leaves and a hint of fresh young pine needles fill everything around our hazy DDH IPA, and even the gentle foam smells just the same. A miracle indeed!
