Triple Dry Hopped NEDIPA. Our new series inspire us to keep getting better and better. Tajfun is another new addition to Malanka lineup, where we went outside the box and made a triple (yes, triple!) dry-hopped New England-style Double IPA with an incredible amount of hops. For the first brew in the new series, we used the reliable Citra and Mosaic, and they created a real miracle. You can search for tropical fruit, juicy citrus flavors in this IPA , but to be honest, it's a natural hop juice that smells just like hop pellets from freshly opened packages of the best and freshest American varieties, and almost carries away with unusual aromas and flavors.
