Yeast was harvest from a cucumber flower from a locally sourced garden in Schwenksville. It was added to the McAllister Blackthorn IPA base and allowed to ferment and age through Spring and eventually bottled. The IPA aromas are till present, but disappear as you drink it giving way to a farmhouse / wild ale vibe. ⁠ Yeast: Hanseniaspora Uvarum (10 inches yeast strain)⁠
