Our First Day Every Day PAPA series introduces an experimental “ Pennsylvania Pale Ale, or PAPA” to our repertoire of hand crafted beers. Like the New England IPA, this beer is cloudy, juicy, and abundantly hopped, but with a new twist. So many people enjoy the New England style IPA, however, some are not able due to the abundance of Lactose Sugar. The PAPA is lactose free allowing all to enjoy the delight of cloudy, juicy, hoppy goodness. The First Day Every Day PAPA also changes weekly allowing for an unlimited hop combination ranging from experimental hops, Australian, and New Zealand Hops, and classic hop varieties like Apollo and Citra that we’ve all come to love. These series are available for limited tastings on draft and in crowlers
