Same background as the source of the name Pete Zump. When we were kids, and would see our dad have a conversation with a stranger, we would ask, “dad, who was that?” occasionally he couldn’t remember, so his reply was “Payta Blosauch.” This New England Pale Ale has strong juicy, citrus orange, grapefruit, faint lemon & lime, and stone fruit characteristics from the Citra and Amarillo hops.
