Based on Bryan's favorite pie his grandmother made him as a child, and, well, as a grown adult! Kettle sour Berliner Weisse with homegrown rhubarb and strawberry puree. Clean lactic sourness, a delicate doughy malt character, with additional tart from the rhubarb that is rounded out by the sweetness of strawberries.
