Made with Illinois-sourced malt, yeast, and hops! This Special Release IPA was brewed with a focus on Illinois ingredients; unmalted wheat from the farm of our friends at Lieferbräu Brewery, yeast propped up in Chicago by our partners from Omega Yeast, and local hops just down the road at 3.9 Hops. The grain bill also consists of pilsner malt, and flaked oats, with Citra hops added alongside the Michigan Copper hops from 3.9 Hops for additional depth and juiciness.
