Пиво Bière de Garde - Blend 2 (Mono Blend) - Mills Brewing

Our first release of this style was a blend; this time it is a single-barrel bottling of Bière de Garde. Made from a wort produced in September 2018, we think this could be the best individual barrel we have ever tasted. Fermentation took place in a large barrel for eighteen months, before conditioning in bottle over summer 2020 and lagering at ambient temperatures over winter. The resulting pale beer is dry and toasty, with balancing acidity and funk.
