Пиво Sundial Mottos - Narrative Fermentations

Sundial Mottos is a dive into the berry expression of hops. You may be familiar with Cryo Pop Original Blend, but they also put out a couple of other blends....their "M" (Mango) blend as well as their "B" (Berry) blend, using a proprietary blend of hops to express a specific flavor. We used their B blend and supported it with Strata & Mosaic, 2 hops that I also get a lot of berry qualities from. This beer definitely expresses some big berry flavors along with notes of ripe mango, green papaya, pineapple, and a little dank. We used a sizeable addition of wheat and oats to create a pillowy texture.
