Пиво Batch 1000 - NoDa Brewing Company

Funky saison done by blending a saison base brew that was used for the Open Streets NoDa collaboration, which happened to be our 1000 batch out of our OG facility. It is a straight forward farmhouse style ale with spicy notes from the yeast strain and blending it with a funky sour ale brewed with spelt and fermented on brettanomyeces.
