This week’s NoDable is a hard-hitting Belgian Tripel! ‘Trident’ is a tradition Belgian-style brew, with nearly all base malt and a small amount of wheat malt. The ester character is evident as well as the phenolic spice from the two different Belgian strands used in the brew. Cheers!
