A Brewer's take on a classic cocktail combination. In order to bring forth the familiar flavor profile of a whiskey sour we aged a sour ale with tart, citrus and funky notes additionally in bourbon barrels for over 10 months. This additional aging imparts the vanilla and woody notes one would expect from a whiskey cocktail with the complex sour mixed in. Please don't serve over rocks though...
