Nøgne Ø Jonah’s Lift has matured on fantastic barrels from Arcus who have previously held «Opland small batch beer cask». The bar-rels are original sherry barrels that have previously matured aquavit, Nøgne Ø Imperial Rye Porter and again aquavit. We filled them with the best we have to offer in the form of a massive imperial stout.
